Regional Sales Recruiter
In the role of Regional Sales Recruiter, you will use your drive and energy to help us hire the best and brightest talent for the organization. You will be responsible for providing full lifecycle recruitment - planning, sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, as well as managing offer negotiations for the retail sales roles in your assigned region.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, to include identifying candidates, pre-screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and providing recommendations to hiring managers
Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements, set expectations, provide expertise on the regional employment market, trends and innovative interviewing techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring
Source candidates through job postings, social media, referrals, and other effective sourcing strategies
Assist in scheduling candidate telephone and in person interviews
Manage all candidate communication and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process
Extend verbal offers, prepare offer letters and begin the on-boarding experience
A minimum of 1 year sales recruiting experience with demonstrated success recruiting in a high volume environment
Previous experience actively sourcing through social media channels
Ability to translate job requirements into a pipeline of qualified candidates through use of a superior knowledge of recruiting practices, local job market, and centers of influence
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and the use of internet recruiting applications
A strong sense of urgency, initiative and solid judgment resulting in an ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present information effectively in written and verbal form
