Qualifications Previous Regional Manager or Director, Operations experience within aftermarket automotive services industry Self-started, ability to work independently Effective problem-solving skills; strong analytic skills Excellent internal and external sales and customer service skills; Personable, friendly demeanor with World Class customer service approach to internal and external customers Excellent communication skills; verbal and written Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Team Player Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written Ability to read and understand basics of repair instructions, written estimates and work orders Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance Must be able to use/read computer keyboard and screen Must have some knowledge in Excel and reporting management Occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and/or caustic chemicals Moderate noise levels in this working environment Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions Responsibilities Develop overall growth and operations plan for Protech Develop organizational structure and team as a foundation for future growth Source and recruit qualified candidates for potential employment; establish pipeline for recruiting high quality talent for Protech leadership Provide direction and leadership to ensure all Protech locations and mobile units are fully operational Provide clear expectations and necessary tools, training & information Ensure all Protech procedures are understood, implemented and consistently applied Establish specific performance metrics and hold regions accountable through feedback & timely reviews Recognize and reward good performance through timely and specific feedback; encourage teammate professional growth & career development Identify, analyze & correct negative business trends using tools such as performance reporting and action plans for Protech management to address systemic and tactical issues Resolve center, customer & client opportunities in a timely manner Mitigate risk; recognize and proactively manage potential issues: Teammate, Safety, Client, Facility, etc. Develop on the ground relationships with potential industry clients in support of the Chief Client Officer Source, grow and maintain regional relationships; capitalize on market opportunities Performs other duties as assigned
